This is a yoga class for those with some previous practice of yoga though everyone can practice at their level from a chair or from the ground. It is designed to deepen awareness and build on previous practice of asana, pranayama, meditation to expand well-being of body, mind and spirit, increasing experience of peace, balance and healthy perspective on life.
Together we can support the wellbeing of our community through practices of yoga and meditation so that all who wish to, can experience the deeper peace, happiness and freedom of the self, that is strengthened through our practice, (even in the face of challenging circumstances).
