ready to really bring Joy to the weekend.

These practices support deepening access to living Yoga beyond the class. The practices support easeful unfoldment of conscious actions that can uplift the wellbeing of yourself and all the loved ones close to you.

The class will include

breath awareness,

meditation and

deep relaxation practices which will take you a little deeper than the weekly classes.
