Honouring the great wisdom traditions, I welcome the opportunity to share ancient practices of Yoga and Meditation that allow the natural inherent goodness, wisdom, beauty, harmony, joy and kindness to be expressed in our lives.

Practices of Yoga and Meditation are offered for individuals and small groups at my home in Southshore and at community classes in Waltham and Heathcote. There are also regular group events around Christchurch. Well-being of body, mind and spirit are uplifted through postures (asana), breath awareness (pranayama), meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). I also share sacred singing (kirtan), chanting (mantra), cleansing practices like nasal irrigation (neti) and ways of living yoga in daily life (karma yoga).
