WED am Mantra Meditation

These classes give the opportunity to deepen one’s practice of yoga and build the strength of mind that allows it to remain focused on one point of awareness.

The practices given help to expand yogic lifestyle, applying mantras given for the start of each day. The mantras deepen connection with positivity and balance of the body mind system.

Other mantras which help to bring forward the experience of wisdom, strength, fearlessness, happiness and peace will also be practiced from time to time.

One can practice from sitting (on the ground or on a chair) or lying down, by simply listening or by following words, or by listening and singing. The main focus of the practice is to allow the awareness to remain focused on the experience of the sound and the mantra. This provides rest for the mind.

Contribution: $85 if made in advance or $10 per class
