Embracing the opportunity to receive and appreciate each day, and each breath of each day as a gift, we explore together the ways of bringing more naturalness, ease, peace, harmony, laughter and love to each moment.

This 20 minute Satsang will include:

Practices (that everyone can do), for settling the body mind system throughout the day and for bringing balance to the nervous, endocrine and other systems of the body;

Sweet and short meditation practices including mantra meditation;

Practices to set oneSelf up for a clear and positive day.
