This is a yoga class that everyone can practice at their level. It is suitable for beginners and for experienced practitioners.
Regular participation will increase flexibility and strength, expand vitality and nurture well-being of body, mind and spirit.
Together we can support the wellbeing of our community through practices of yoga and meditation so that all who wish to, can join the practice and experience the deeper peace, happiness and freedom of the self, that is strengthened through our practice, (even in the face of challenging circumstances).
