Rest in the Beauty of Your Being

Restorative Yoga and Meditation Retreat

with Atmavidya

Could you give yourself a beautiful gift?

Here it is:

A full day of nourishment of

  • breathing consciously;

  • resting deeply in supported postures (easeful shapes that your body can delight in);

  • moving mindfully with the breath and practices of pranayama to connect with more subtle awareness…

This process of releasing physical tensions prepares the body mind for the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation).

Emerge from the day

  • with a sense of connection, balance and harmony with oneself;

  • appreciation for this gift of presence with oneself for a whole day;

  • more in touch with inner strengths and with a clarity to meet life with these strengths.

A simple nourishing vegan meal will be offered to you at lunchtime along with the opportunity to walk (about 5 minutes) mindfully to the Te Tai o Mahaanui South Pacific Ocean, to receive the nourishment of being close to the sand and waves.

Contribution: What you are able to give will support the volunteers of Southshore Residents Association (who continue to give their time and energy for the wellbeing and connectedness of our community).

What you are able to give will also support the community projects of Te Waka Aroha.

$108 or by Dana or Koha (*see below)

Location: St Lukes, 212 Pine Avenue, South Brighton

Register or for more information, email to: atmavidya7@gmail.com or 021 043 5122

*Koha or Dana (This is the act of giving generously and freely, without expecting anything in return. The value of the koha is determined by the giver, based on their capacity and the situation. It is an opportunity to acknowledge the source of the practices and the giving of them. It is a voluntary donation or contribution that is more than a simple gift. It signifies a gesture of respect, connection and appreciation. It is also the opportunity to give back to our community)

Giving space to look closely, we will see beauty, in abundance, within and all around us
