Experience increasing peace, balance and healthy perspective on life under all the conditions of life.

This is a yoga class that everyone can practice at their level. It is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. It will help release deep and surface tensions of the body mind system through simple powerful restorative practices.

These practices of yoga asanas (comfortable and steady postures), conscious breathing pranayama and deep relaxation or meditation encourage participants to apply the yogic art of witnessing the experience of life, as it is. This allows one to experience the depth of yoga well beyond the weekly class.

Regular participation will increase flexibility and strength, expand cheerfulness, balance, courage, vitality and good concentration, nurturing well-being of body, mind and spirit.

Classes are based at Southshore.

Contribution: $170 for 9 weeks, $25 casual or by koha
