Move, Breathe, Meditate provides opportunity to pause from the activities of the day, recharge and
· move, gently and mindfully into easeful restorative postures to nourish and release physical tension;
· breathe consciously to settle emotional tension, expand vitality and welcome steadiness of mind;
· meditate from lying down or in a comfortable seated position.
Our aim is to leave the practice more connected to ourselves and the present moment. Awake, aware, connected and able to enjoy the rest of the day.
