Mahamrityunjaya Mantra for courage and transformation:
Full MOON: Tuesday 4 August 2020
TIME: 6:00 to 6:45pm
VENUE: Teresa's, 65 Gardiners Road, Bishopdale
The Mahamrityunjaya mantra is an ancient and very powerful mantra given to bring courage and transformation in the face of life's challenges. It carries a resonance which facilitates healing, nurturance and relief from suffering on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
If you know someone who is suffering or in distress, please feel free to ask for their name to be placed in the circle.
We practice this mantra meditation practice for the well-being and happiness of all.
We meet in people's homes across the city in order to make it accessible to more people. If you would like to host a session in your home on a full or new moon, please let Atmavidya or Mahadevi know.
May 2020 bring you a year of heightened awareness of the beauty of this life - the infinite possibilities for joy in the little everyday things we often take for granted.
Because we have now, as a small community, been practicing chanting the magnificent Mahamrityunjaya twice a month for over 2 years it could be easy to take this for granted. We must never underestimate the power of gathering for the shared purpose of upliftment. It never fails. So you are invited to join us when you can, on or very close to the full and new moons at 6 pm. We allow 45 mins for each session to give time to introduce it to people for whom it is new. The actual practice of chanting the mantra 108 times takes less than 30 mins.
Everyone is welcome.
We look forward to our continuing connection through the practice mantra meditation together.
