Come join the chanting of Mahamrityunjaya mantra to expand our connection with courage and transformation in the face of the challenges of life and extend this resonance to all beings to help grow their wisdom and compassion.
This will be followed by the mantra meditation practice of Kirtan.
Kirtan is a form of purification and liberation. The mantras sensitise us and polish away the clutter in our heads and melt the numbness in our hearts so that we can feel clear, awake and brilliantly alive.
We welcome the opportunity to experience this spaciousness and aroha through these beautiful practices.
Time: 5.30-7.30pm
Followed by: shared plant based meal
Venue: 10 Plover Street, Southshore

"It was found that during repetitive singing of kirtan,
the brain registers the sound waves, nada,
which influence all other wave patterns of the brain.
These waves awaken alpha rhythms which immediately induce tranquility.
Thus by singing kirtan, we experience peace of mind."
Swami Satyananda Saraswati
