TUES AM Chair Yoga

This is a yoga class that everyone can practice at their level.

It is suitable for beginners and for those who have particular health imbalances and or injuries that they may be recovering from.

Emphasis is placed upon developing awareness of the experience in the body and practicing in a way that respects the wisdom of the body which will give spce for healing and bring the body easefully back to its natural state of balance and wellbeing.

Regular participation will increase flexibility and strength, expand vitality and nurture well-being of body, mind and spirit. Practices expand experience of peace, balance and healthy perspective on life under all the conditions of life.

Practice and classes are based at Southshore.

Contribution: $150 for 8 weeks or $22 per session (as space allows) or by koha (to uplift the wellbeing of the community) or other agreement with Atmavidya.
